1. Introduction
Welcome to Studio Ivory. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before proceeding with any consultation, design service, or project with us.

2. Scope of Services
Studio Ivory offers design consultation, interior design, and architectural services. Our services include site visits, concept design, 3D renderings, material selections, and project execution.

3. Consultation Fee
Our first visit consultation fee is INR 2,500. This fee is adjustable against the project fee if the client proceeds with us. In case the visit is not conducted or canceled by either party, the fee is fully refundable.

4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are subjective and will be discussed and agreed upon based on the project scope and requirements. This may include an advance payment, milestone payments, and a final payment upon handover. Any changes to payment terms will be mutually agreed upon in writing.

5. Project Scope and Changes
Any changes or additions to the project scope after finalizing the design or during the execution phase may incur additional costs. Such changes will be communicated and approved in writing before proceeding.

6. Ownership and Copyright
All design concepts, drawings, 3D renderings, and other creative outputs created by Studio Ivory remain the intellectual property of Studio Ivory until full and final payment is made. After payment, ownership rights for the final design will be transferred to the client.

7. Delays and Site Conditions
Studio Ivory shall not be responsible for any delays in project execution caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to site conditions, third-party vendors, or external approvals.

8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the project with prior written notice. If termination occurs after design development or during project execution, Studio Ivory reserves the right to invoice for the work completed up to that point.

9. Liability
Studio Ivory shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our designs or services, except in cases of proven negligence.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
